The BD-30 is a 30 piece bun divider moulder & rounder. Dough can be rounded between 30-100 grams per dough piece. The unit comes with 3 Teflon plates included.

Freestanding loaf and roll moulder. The intuitive design allows for easy operation and maintenance. Easy to extract the air out of the dough. Other features include an adjustable dough hopper, equipped with a reverse operating device.
Universal/French roll moulder that can mould a complete variety of breads, including french sticks. The belt driven unit comes with a safety switch for added precaution. Dough can be moulded weighing between 50 grams to 1.25 kg per piece. Driven by a powerful 1.0Kw motor.
